DOJ Completes Review of Danone/WhiteWave Merger, Requires Divestitures

On April 3, 2017, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it completed its review of Danone S.A.’s acquisition of The WhiteWave Foods Company Inc. FTC Signals Warning to Makers of Homeopathic Products

Retail Industry Group Opposes Point-of-Sale Registration for Drones

This month, the Retail Industry Leaders Association submitted comments to the Federal Aviation Administration opposing a point-of-sale registration requirement for recreational drones.
